Xmas - Xmas shopping, Xmas lights, Xmas Turkey. Indulgence and materialistic, glittery, twinkling gaudiness. Red Santa and Green elves. All those heady cookery programmes and the thick scent of brandy and dark chocolate.

Let’s find a perfect balance between the two. Share love, be generous, and eat your rich mince pies guilt free.
